The "WSL-2000 SCREMS" is a solar cell evaluation system that captures the luminescence phenomenon of solar cells and measures their power generation efficiency. By combining a camera sensitive to the near-infrared wavelength range (400nm to 1200nm) suitable for multi-junction solar cell evaluation with filters, it enables the measurement of absolute luminescence for each sub-cell.
